Can I amend or add items to my order?

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, you can’t change or cancel it. Please make sure you review it throughout the checkout process and remember to check our size guide to ensure you order the correct size.

Can I change my address once I have ordered?

Unfortunately we are unable to change the delivery address for packages once the order has been placed.
Please note that any changes you make to your account after an order has been placed will not take effect straightaway, so may not apply to pending orders.

Wrong item received?

If you receive a wrong item please contact our customer service team with your order number and photographic evidence. Once accepted please return item and received we will replace the item free of charge.

Haven’t received an order confirmation email?

You should receive on order confirmation, right away after you order with us. Please check your spam folder as the confirmation email may be mistaken as junk mail. If you haven’t received anything in 24 hours please contact our customer services team.
