What is your returns policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of your order arriving.
Items must be returned unworn, with original packaging and tags intact.
If the item sent out is faulty please return it to us and we will cover the cost of the item
Returns are the customers responsibility until they arrive back with us.
How do I post my return back to you?
You must return your items via your local postal service. We do not offer free returns. We recommend using a tracked service for security to avoid delay/lost packages.
The original postage cost is non-refundable and the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item (unless the item is faulty, in which case we will ensure we cover the cost).
How long will my refund take?
Once we have received the return, please allow up to 2 working days for the refund to be processed. Depending on your bank/payment method, it can take up to 10 working days for the funds to become available.
In the event of a cancellation, the reversal of funds can take up to 3 working days, depending on your bank/card provider.

How do I exchange an item?
If you would like to exchange an item, please fill out the required fields on the ‘exchanges’ section of the returns form and post it back to us
How long does it take to receive my exchange?
If the requested size is in stock, your new order will be re-processed as normal and sent to your original order address at no extra cost.
We endeavour to send all exchanges out the same day we receive them but there can sometimes be a 24 hour delay
What if my exchange is out of stock?
If the size you request is no longer in stock you will automatically be refunded.
