Can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once you order has been fulfilled.
If you order via My Hermes, you will have the option to change your delivery details. If you enter your phone number, you will be able to view your delivery details via My Hermes
What is the cut off for next day delivery?
Orders placed Monday-Friday (before 11am) are processed & shipped the same day, next working day orders will be received the following working day (Mon-Fri are working days). In some circumstances we cannot guarantee next day delivery.
Orders placed on Friday after midday or on a Saturday/Sunday will be shipped on the following working day.
What do I need to spend to get free shipping?
All orders over £50 qualify for free My Hermes delivery.
Lost parcel?
If the tracking for your parcel shows it has been delivered but you haven’t received it, you should:
• Check if someone else at your address has accepted it
• Look around the delivery location. Your parcel may have been left with a neighbour or in a safe place, like a porch or garage
• Look for a notification of attempted delivery. You may find an attempted delivery notice in your letter box or on your door. Follow the instructions on that notice to request a re-delivery or to arrange collection of the parcel
